“Without question, you want Thomas Baldrick on your team. Whether running that team as a bold leader or simply helping to facilitate your vision, Tom is the man. What’s really striking about him is his versaility. On the air, he is a vibrant, crisp, natural yet unique communicator. His reporting and anchoring skills are top-notch. Behind the camera, he has a mastery of his art, whether producing, writing, editing or happily accomplishing some of the “drench duties” necessary to simply get it done and done right.
As a 30-year television professional, I have had the pleasure of working with him on a number of projects; each an unquestioned success; each a thoroughly enjoyable and satisfying experience.
Rest easy and trust your project with Thomas Baldrick, simply the ultimate media professional.”
-Marc Zumoff Television Announcer, Philadelphia 76ers
“Where does a good dentist go? That simple, if not just odd question, begins to explain why Thomas Baldrick so impressed me. Our NBC Philadelphia folks turn to him for the “Automania” show. Now NBC had just recently done some great work for us, so – the fact that they turned to him when they needed great work – made a definite impression on me.
Dealing with Thomas just polished the apple more. He’s a great guy; creative, flexible, understanding, dependable and passionate. He deftly incorporated our goals into the work. He was not the imperious “artiste” type, closed to input and somehow bothered by client contact and input. Ugh, ever deal with one of those? I have, and so Thomas impressed, and relieved me, that much more when we spoke.
Right on the heels of the NBC work, we gave him a call to discuss another project. That’s what happens when you find a good one. Thomas Baldrick quickly became a first string option for us here at BBDO in Philadelphia for Dodge.
He’s like a new spice you find: you want to put in everything else you make because you know it’ll make whatever you’re making better.”
-Q. Donleavy
BBDO Philadelphia For Dodge
“I am just blown away by your writing. It “captures me” literally. I am so impressed. You have no idea.”
-Teri Stanke Vice-President, Stem120
“The television production over the years for NBC10’s “Automania” regarding the industry and the Philadelphia International Auto Show has been top notch. The program has become a staple for the show giving insight to automotive industry globally, nationally, and specifically in our market area, so much so that it was increased to one-hour by the television station. Your ability to obtain strong interviews and to give the viewer an uncomplicated look at a complicated business is much appreciated!”
-Kevin Mazzucola Executive Director Automobile Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia
“During the 2007-2008 seasons I was called upon by the U. S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Washington, DC, to re-design, energize and revitalize the program content of “Hispanics Today”.
Faced with a shortage of time and fewer resources, I enlisted the services of Thomas Baldrick. His response to our show’s immediate needs was overwhelming. The stories he researched, wrote, produced, directed, and edited, displayed a professional understanding, sensitivity, and an abiding interest in ethnic diversity. They were also delivered in record time.
Having worked with Thomas on various projects over a number of years, I know that whenever he accepts any challenge he delivers a product that is creative, accurate, on time, and most importantly, well received.”
-Robert Lopez-Cepero
Former Executive Producer of “Hispanics Today”
A Rumination on Thomas Baldrick
“Greenberg Communications works with clients from the Fortune 100 (Sunoco, AIG, DuPont) to the less fortune-endowed but high profile (Lippincott, Greenpeace), and Thomas has been a treasure to us in our marketing efforts.
He becomes a member of the team from the first whisper of the assignment, and contributes his wisdom, wit and energy all the way through the last gasp of an exhausting trek. What’s especially rare about his contribution is that it runs the gamut from creative ideas (expected) to tireless attention to detail (rare in right brain folks) to inspirational improvisation (a trait almost extinct these days).
At a recent week-long corporate meeting, he had to conduct a morning news program every day, with co-anchors chosen from the client’s staff. These participants were sometimes poleaxed by the presence of a camera, but Thomas made them comfortable, kept them focused, and drew inexplicably lively performances out of novices, while exhibiting his own sly but appropriate humor. The audiences were wildly appreciative.
I recommend making Mr. Baldrick a necessary cog in any marketing machine you’re building.”
-Neil Greenberg Founder, Greenberg Communications
“It is quite obvious to anyone involved in this effort that you have production skills and experience. You are certainly a pro. You have a gift and I hope that you are willing to continue to work with us.”
-Lois Trench-Hines
Co-Founder, OncUView.TV, Oncology News and Information for Healthcare Professionals
Dear Thomas,

“Anyone who didn’t tune in to last night’s “Philly’s Michael Jack,” missed one of the finest-written and best-produced specials in city TV history. Producer-writer Thomas Baldrick and the rest of the crew deserve high praise for their work.”
